If the products you order are not in stock, your order is scheduled for production and prioritized in the order which it was received. Keep in mind that due to the wide variety of combinations for our products, it is impossible to stock every possible product. Please plan on lead time of 10 business days, plus time in transit.

We ship via UPS Ground or common carrier, unless instructed otherwise by you. To help protect you from any loss during transit, we will always declare the total value of your shipment. All shipments are FCA Menominee, Michigan.

If you receive preferred rates from any carrier, we will use your preferred carrier, and bill freight collect. If we prepay shipping for you, we will add a service charge to your order. This service charge is currently 10% of the actual freight costs.

Shipping rates for Master-Sand™ products are not able to be calculated prior to completion of your order. Once your order is ready to ship, we will determine the optimal packaging, and actual shipping costs will vary depending on the specific items which you order. Exceptions to this policy include items available for online purchase.

We will gladly cancel your order and issue a full refund of your payment if your order has not entered the production stage. Once we begin production of your order, it cannot be cancelled. Please ensure your order is correct.

Unless credit arrangements have been made, payment is due at the time your order ships.  We gladly accept mailed check for payment, provided we can verify funds in the account on which the check is drawn. It is best to send a certified check. Most major credit cards are accepted.  Please do not send account information in an email; we will call for this information.

We offer credit accounts to our distributors, OEMs, and select end user customers in order to facilitate business.  All balances are due 30 days from the invoice date.  We reserve the right to refuse credit to any customer at any time.  We will not provide additional credit to customers with invoices aged more than 60 days.

CMB Manufacturing, LLC, dba CMB Master-Sand, guarantees its products unconditionally against manufacturer’s defects, to the original purchaser, and for a period of one (1) year after sale. We do our best to ship out products that are of top quality. If, for any reason, our product fails due to a defect in workmanship (normal wear and tear, misuse, and abuse – including machine crashes and spun cores – specifically excepted) during normal use and within the warranty period, we will do our best to make it right, as specified in our “Return Policy” below. We reserve the exclusive right to determine the cause of failure for any Master-Sand products.  All guarantees are void on Master-Sand products if they are used in the presence of any liquids, including but not limited to water, lubricants, or rust inhibitors.  Additionally, all guarantees are void on any Master-Sand products that have been modified from their factory state in any way, shape, or form.

We may make suggestions regarding sanding brush height and abrasive grit. Since we are distant from your application, and each application is unique, our suggestions are not guaranteed. We will use our knowledge of the product and its performance to give you a good faith evaluation, and we will faithfully supply the product you request; however, we cannot and do not guarantee that whatever brush height or abrasive grit that we suggest will perform perfectly in your application. Abrasives that are non-defective and shipped as ordered, but that turn out to be incorrect brush height or abrasive grit for the application, are eligible for return only if unused, as per our abrasive return policy.

ALL abrasives supplied by CMB Master-Sand are considered consumable, and may be accepted for return if they are NEW and UNUSED, or if they fail due to a manufacturer’s defect. Since abrasives are often custom-made for your application, we reserve the right to decline a return for any non-defective abrasives.  We will only accept returns for non-defective abrasives within 15 business days of delivery.  If you receive defective abrasives, at our option, we will either replace any defective abrasives immediately, or we will provide you with a credit against future orders. In order for you to receive these remedies, you must first contact us by phone or email and arrange for return of your items. Items returned to us without authorization will be returned to you at your expense.

We realize that abrasives are a critical part of our customers’ operation. Therefore, any orders to replace defective abrasives are expedited, and may be shipped prior to your return being received by us. In this case, you will be required to place a fully refundable deposit for the value of any “replacement” product to be shipped out. Once we receive any defective abrasives, we will credit you for the full value of all defective product returned.

Non-Abrasive Products
Products other than abrasives may be eligible for return within 15 days of delivery. In order to receive a full refund, you must first contact us for authorization, then return any product to us FREIGHT PREPAID, and in NEW, UNUSED CONDITION. Pack any returns appropriately. You are responsible for returned product until it reaches our doorstep. We will not provide a refund for any items that arrive at our facility in a damaged condition.

Incorrectly Shipped Items
If we ship the incorrect item to you, you must return the items shipped in error within 30 days.  After 30 days, we will assume you intend to keep the items as-is, and you will not receive credit.  To receive credit, all items must be returned in new, unused condition.  You are responsible for returned product until it reaches our doorstep.  We will not provide a refund or credit for any items that arrive at our facility in a damaged condition.

Items that have been used are never eligible for return, unless due to a clearly discernible manufacturer’s defect. Please do not return used items without our approval; you will not receive any refund!
