I do have some important information for you regarding our holiday schedule this year. We have just completed our new facility and will be moving our operations during the Christmas shutdown this year. This means that we will not be shipping any products from December 22, 2012 until we reopen on January 2, 2013.

I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause; however, it is necessary to ensure we can continue to provide the best combination of quality, service, and overall value well into the future. I will be available during this time by phone and email. Receipt of orders will be confirmed as normal, but the shutdown dates are not available for production.

Because of this, please send in any orders that must ship in 2012 as soon as possible – particularly orders for cores. We will do our best to ship everything we can prior to the holidays.
